Recently came across this note from Michael Page (the international recruiter):
After October 1st…it will be illegal to discriminate on the basis of age. …Employers must review any job application forms and advertisements to check for controversial words or phrases that might indicate a certain age group – words such as ‘energetic’, ‘potential’, ‘experienced’, ‘young’ or even ‘dynamic’ may give rise to a complaint. (sic)
